Multi-Grain Ale

This is my idea for a "Multi-grain" ale - I thought I'd make a beer using 4 different types of grains and see what happens.

Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
5 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 104 IBU
OG: 1.077 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 8.1% v/v (6.4% w/w)
Water: i brew with bottled spring water because the water in Pleasanton, CA is TERRIBLE.
Grain: 7 lb. 8 oz. British pale (Hugh Baird)
1 lb. 0 oz. Wheat malt
0 lb. 8 oz. Dextrine malt (DWC Cara-Pils)
2 lb. 0 oz. Rye malt
1 lb. 0 oz. Rolled Oats (Quaker)
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash at 151 degrees F for 60 minutes. sparge at 175F (water in sparger at around 180F). collect approx. 6.75 gallons
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.057 6.75 gallons
1 tsp. Irish moss last ten minutes.
Hops: 2 oz. Horizon (13.6% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Chinook (12.2% AA, 5 min.)
2 oz. Chinook (Dry Hops) (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 "Activator" pack. Popped early the morning I start brewing.
Log: brewing on 8/22/04. ask me in a few weeks, and I'll give add'l. details and evaluation of the brew!
Carbonation: Standard carbonation level. (4 oz. corn sugar in 5 gallons when bottling).
