Yeast: | Wyeast American Ale 1056. Make starter with 1 cup of honey boiled in 1 pint of water for fifteen mins. Pitch starter one to two days later. |

Log: | Primary ferment for 7 days @ 68°. Move to secondary for 10 days @ 68°. Bottle. |
