Tasting: | I write this in late April 2008. The beer is now a nice hoppy light lager, despite the high alcohol content. It's very fruity, possibly due to the use of sorghum, maybe due to the honey. Next time I would leave off the oats, and make a larger volume, 24 liters, to lower the alcohol content. |
