You can use a little irish moss if desired, and you will need to add water to the fermenter. | ||||||||
Hops: | !!!dry oz. Cascade (aroma) | |||||||
Yeast: | EDME ale yeast just warmed in a pan of water. | |||||||
Log: | Add 6 can of apple juice concentrate and 1oz. of cascade hops to secondary fermenter. | |||||||
Carbonation: | I keg this brew due to excess of sugars and a fear of bottles exploding. |
