Eadhran Ale 2002
This my CURRENT version of my first beer. Trying for a spiciness, not too bitter, with good head retention.
I brewed it in late spring this year, poor head retention, so I am adding wheat extract.
UNFORTUNATELY, I lost the actual recipe of what I used this last time.
