Steep Coriander and Pardise seed .5 oz of each after the boil during the cooling.
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Trappist Ale WLP 500
Log: Dry Hop in secondary with .5 oz more of the spices and 1 oz of Centennial
