Amerikölsch

A while ago I bought a True Brew Pilsner kit to keep around when I just want to brew. Today was the day. Looking at the kit, it was:

a. low on hops - only included 2oz cascade
b. light on fermentables - 1 can Munton's Light Malt Extract, 2 lb Light DME...

So I ratcheted up the hops and fermentables with what I had around, noted that the yeast was Munton's dry ale yeast, so I figured I'd call it a Kolsch (and it's pretty accurate to style). I was looking for an easy drinker with some hop flavor in it.
