Steep: Steep grains at 155 for 1 hour
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.095 3.0 gallons
4.0 lb. Extra Light dry malt extract
1.0 lb. Wheat extract
1.0 lb. Honey
1 tsp Lemon Zest @ 5 min
1/2 Tsp Orange Zest @ 5 min
1/4 cup Lemon Juice @ 5 min
Honey in at 120 deg after flameout
Hops: 0.75 oz. Challenger (7.0% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Mt. Hood (4.4% AA, 15 min.)
1.0 oz. Amarillo (8.7% AA, 2 min.)
0.25 oz. Challenger (aroma)
Yeast: Nottingham Ale Yeast
Carbonation: Sugar 0.5 tsp tp 0.75 tsp bottle prime
