Midder #6
Supposed to be my regular mild bitter, but had tremendous efficiency (or mis-weighed something). Always a winner.

Tasting: | Had acetaldehyde notes after primary, so waited to keg for a few more days in which it cleared very nicely. Always a great beer with a few tweaks each time I brew, though somehow I ended at over 1.050 OG on a typical 1.040 recipe this time. Gotta love the Marris Otter toasty notes and EKG is really floral in this batch. |
