Just a good ale

Note: I used Melanoiden Malt - but even Aromatic might be good
melanoiden imitates decoction- munich like, rich , mouthfeel, caramelly. OOPS FORGOT TO ADD OATS HERE - OATS ARE KEY !

Primary activity seems to have been complete by next morning.
Lots of trub/ hops - no filter decanting - kept head down, unkown flavor effects.
Carbonation: US Wild Honey (Trader Joes) to 2.3 vol C02
Tasting: Very Delicious! I would like more bitterness but even my mom liked this one! Lots of diacetyl produced early on, but is ballanced with conditioning - could not tell it was dry yeast after conditioning - I would love this commercially.
