Single Infustion

1 qt/lb @ 152 F
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.041 8.5 gallons
Irish Moss added to last 15 min of boil
Hops: 2 oz. Goldings (7.3% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Goldings (7.3% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: WL Platinum Series Bedford Yeast
Log: Kegged after 1 week primary fermentation. Primed with 1/3 cup corn sugar. Allowed to carbonate for 2 days at room temp. Moved to storage area at 55 F. Vented CO2 then allowed to condition 2 days at 55F
Tasting: Wow reminds me of Fullers ESB. Lacy carbonation, silky smooth. Just can't stop at one pint.
