Log: | ...I pitched one 11g package, I dont think it was enough..The attenuation was low ,I missed the mark by 4 points, next time I would use two 11g packets.. Also use 4 oz of the chocolate malt instead of 2, the color is a little pale, Beer Recipator helped me to make this descision, nextime I'd use the 4 oz |
