This was my attempt at making a bigger flavored brown ale. I was very pleased with this attempt, finally; and this recipe will become a regular in my brewing cycle.

Tasting: | Very nice full flavored brown ale, but nicely balance. Not too sweet nor too hoppy. What you expect in this style. Great beer to have with a Drew Estate Isla Del Sol cigar, Kuba Kuba, or Dirt Torpedo. |
