Double J Brown Ale
This recipe started as a A.P.A. but due to an ordering
mistake I got amber extract instead of light. Anyway... it
is a nice hoppy brew.

Add 1 tsp. Irish moss 45 minutes in to boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.) .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.) .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.) 1.5 oz. Cascade (aroma) |

Yeast: | Wyeast 1056 in 2qt starter | |||||||
Log: | Fermented 9 days in primary, transferresd to secondary with 1.5oz cascades for 2 weeks. |

Carbonation: | Batch primed with 1.25 cups DME | |||||||
Tasting: | This brew develops a chill haze. Next time I think I will use toasted wheat instead of barley and maybe add some crystal. |
