Log: | density in the boil: 1082 density in fermentor after adding 2 gal of water: 1045 on top and 1080 from a sample from bottom. It was stratified. Pitch temperature: 60F @ 5 PM First night: 72 F @ 11 PM. It was bubbling very fast. First day: 69 . Still bubbling every second. |
