4.5 oz. British black patent
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.157 2 gallons
6.73 lb. Light dry malt extract
Add grains to cold water and remove at commencement of boil
45 minutes
Add 1 oz freshly grated ginger root
3 tsp ground cinnamon
grated orange peel of four oranges
Hops: 1.17 oz. Amarillo (9.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Saaz (aroma)
