Alcohol: 6.6% v/v (5.2% w/w)
Grain: 0.29kg Belgian aromatic
0.29kg Melandoida Malt
0.29kg Belgian Special B
0.29kg Special Roast
Steep: Steep grains for 45 minutes at 155°F. Steep 3.5 lbs of baked Cinderella pumpkin 45 minutes at 155°F
Boil: 30 minutes SG 1.053 8 gallons
3.77kg Light malt extract
0.56kg Brown sugar
0.28kg Dextro
Add extract when temperature reaches 185°F and sustain a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes. Add spices (3 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 9 grams of sweet orange peel) at last 5 minutes of hop boil.
Hops: 14g Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
14g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 45 min.)
14g Cluster (7% AA, 30 min.)
14g Spalt (6.75% AA, 30 min.)
14g Cluster (7% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Munton Dry
