150°F for 60 minutes. Pull 1 gallon decoction, add to 1 gallon boiling water, bring to boil, reintroduce to mash. Add 1 oz Glacier to brewpot (first wort hop) and continuously sparge with 170°F water to collect 7.5 gallons in brewpot. | ||||||||
