Steep: | Steep specialty grains for 20 minutes. Remove bag without squeezing. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.043 | 5.75 gallons | |||||

Boil 6.6 lbs light LME and 1 oz. Willamette hops for 55 minutes. Now add last oz. of Willamette hops (Aroma Hops) for the remaining 5 minutes of the boil. Terminate boil and immediately cool wort to 70 deg with immersion chiller or other method. Transfer wort to Primary. |
