Oak IPA
This my attempt at an IPA which is as close to the original as possible. I plan on adding toasted oak chips to the secondary along with dry hops for an extended amount of time.

Add 4 gals of 172° water to the 10 gallon Gott cooler with the perforated bottom and cheesecloth. The aim is for 152° for 60 minutes. Sparge with 2.5 gals of 170 and slowly fill kettle (over 30+ minutes) to 6+ gallons. | ||||||||
