2 lb. German Munich
1 lb. American crystal 10L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 70% efficiency
single infusion in cooler
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.045 14.5 gallons
Hops: .75 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.)
1.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs 800 and 838 (twqo 5 gal. batches)
Log: 3 weeks in primary buckets. Transfer to carboys for secondary fermentation min. one month.
Carbonation: Transfer to corny kegs and force carbonate.
