Steep: | Crystal Malt in a grain bag with three gallons of water. Heat to 170 degrees F. Hold at 170 for 20 minutes. Remove grain bag. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.050 | 3.5 gallons | |||||
3.3 lb. Light malt extract 1 lb. Light dry malt extract |

Add 1 Tb. ground corriander for the last 20 minutes of the boil. Add 1 tsp. Irish Moss for the last ten minutes of the boil. Cool quickly. An imersion cooler works well for this size batch. |

Yeast: | Hydrate Coopers Dry Ale Yeast, 7 gr. | |||||||
Log: | Boil 1 cup water and 1 tsp. ground corriander. Cool. Add to secondary fermenter without splashing. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 1/2 cup corn sugar in 1/2 cup boiled water. |
