Used 1 oz of orange peel for last 10 minutes
Hops: 20.3g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 45 min.)
20.3g Spalt (6.75% AA, 30 min.)
20.3g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
15g Spalt (6.75% AA, 5 min.)
6g Spalt (aroma)
Yeast: US-05 Dry (if doing gluten free, beware of non-gluten-free liquid yeasts).
