3 Gals at 104F. Hold for 30 minutes. Raise to 122F and hold for 30 minutes. Pull 1st decoction(40% of Mash) and bring up to 160F and hold for 20 minutes. Add back to mash and hold at 149F for 30 minutes. Raise to 159F until starch conversion. Raise to 165 and hold for 5 minutes. Lauter. | ||||||||
