Dad's Summer Fest
This is a Summer Ale based upon a recipe developed by "Skotrat" It's been modified by the addition of Honey Gambris (mmm) and a few pounds of Wheat Malt. This is my current house brew-- enjoyed by everyone. It's a nice beer to use for Yeast Experimentation 1275 gives it a nice, complex and fruity tone.
