Moksha I.P.A.
The name for this IPA comes from the oldest known religion of India. A term used in this religion is "Moksha" roughly translated it means "salvation from hell on earth".

Log: | After wort is transfered to fermenter, add 4 oz. French oak barrel wood chips. Dry hop. Primary fermentation 9 days. Remove wood chips, and transfer to secondary for 7 days. Bottle and wait 3 weeks. |
