Yeast: | Wyeast 1028 stepped up to 4 litres | |||||||
Log: | Last addition of hops added in the hop back. Open ferment at 68F for 3 days in keg, then prime and close. Ferment for 10 days , syphon off trub every 2 days. Cool to serving temperature, condition for 14 days. Syphon off any remaining trub and serve. |
