Brass Ring Pale Ale

I think wheat malt will definitely add something interesting
to this beer. I'm using less bittering hops than I'd normally use
for an APA because I don't think that the distinct wheat flavor goes
well with a strong bitterness. I've found that fuggles, however, is
a very good finishing hop when using wheat.

Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
3 lb. Wheat malt
10 oz. American crystal 40L
Mash: 65% efficiency
I'm going to use a simple infusion mash at 154 deg. F.
Boil: 120 minutes SG 1.040 8 gallons
1 lb. Honey
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
Carbonation: Bottle prime with 2/3 cup of corn sugar.
