HefeWizer

Just returned from the Lake Constance area of Germany, and have the brew bug baaaaaad! The wheat beers were excellent, and I want to duplicate the style if possible. My past experiences with Belgian Wheat were not successful, so I hope to keep this recipe simple enough to work. I'll keg in 5 gallon corny's and use natural carbonation. The co2 system will only be used for minor pressurization at kegging time as well as dispensing.
