W/ Winter spices. Whitelabs British Ale Yeast.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
40 HCU (~19 SRM)
Bitterness: 9 IBU
OG: 1.072 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 6.7% v/v (5.3% w/w)
Water: Irish Moss @15 min.
Grain: 4 oz. American victory
4 oz. Belgian biscuit
4 oz. British crystal 95-115L
4 oz. Belgian chocolate
Steep: Steeped while water heats up, rinsed with 1/2 gal. of 170 degree water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.181 2 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Honey
Irish Moss.
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: Whitelabs British Ale.
Log: Room temperature....70 degrees.
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar.
Tasting: Nice warming sensation, spices are great.....slight grassy/metallic taste from honey, hopefully will mellow with aging.
