The Queen's Bitter

I've made this a few times. Been happy with it every time.

Beer: The Queen's Bitter Style: English Ordinary Bitter
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
9 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 35 IBU
OG: 1.034 FG: 1.009
Alcohol: 3.2% v/v (2.5% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. British Carastan
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 4 gallons
3 lb. 3 oz. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
I usually add Irish Moss at the last 15min of the boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Usually use 1098. But just about any London/British yeast should work well.
