This is a perfect blend of spice, sweet, and citrus. Nice and smooth!

1 lb. American crystal 20L
.5 lb. Belgian Special B
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.191 1.5 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
1/2 lb Clover Honey
1/2 lb Pure maple syrup
1/2 cup Corn sugar
1 tsp Irish Moss last 30 min
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Belgian Abbey #1214
Log: Added 1 orange peel to secondary after pastuerizing
Carbonation: 3/4 cup Corn sugar
