Grain: 200g Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: soack the malt in water at 70°C for 30 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.038 28 liters
2000g Light dry malt extract
800g Light DRY wheat extract
Hops: 20g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
20g Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Use dry yeast SafAle or a liquid one like Wyeast KOLSCH YEAST N. 2565
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Cane Sugar: 6.1g for 1 liters @ 18°C
Tasting: good, soft, light hop aroma
