Pail Hail
Nothing ordinary about it. Should be called Extraordinary bitter. A simple brew with excellent natural qualities. This one will make immediate converts of your megabreweiser swill drinking friends.

Tasting: | I'm using a RIMS system and keeping the mash stirred. This along with lowering the Ph of sparge liquor and mash keep efficiency very high. This was an excellent well balanced year round quaffing ale served on a nitro blend. Didn't use the RO filtered water last time. It should be even better this time around. |
