This was designed to be a light bodied good drinking summer beer, with good head and light color and fairly low bitterness , something that some of our non-brewing friends will enjoy too!!!!!!

No sacchirification rest , add grains to cooler with water @ 159° bringing to a strike temp of 146° , holding temp for about 60 -75 min. until iodine test proves conversion is complete. Sparge at 170° for about 45min. or until complete. |
