Sparge @168 45 min
Hops: .5 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 2124 Bohemian lager
Direct pour from batch 9 & 11 @ 72 degrees for 24 hours
6 days primary @47 degrees
22 days secondary @47 degrees
Carbonation: Forced @ 20PSI
Tasting: Smooth, light, a German pilsener!!!!
Light on hops, crisp, malty, somewhat dry finish
