Went to all grain about a year ago and this was the first recipe I converted. Brewed a number of times since and have never been disappointed.

Rest at 122° for 20 minutes. 150° for 90 minutes. Raised to 165° for 20 minutes. Sparged with enough 170° water (4+ gal.) to get 6.5 gallons. |

Carbonation: | Added 6 oz. corn sugar before bottled. Let sit 2 weeks in bottle to carbonate. Enjoy. |
