This is a good, safe recipe with good results. Nothing too fancy.

Bring water temp. to 155û. Steep grains for 40 minutes, keeping the lid tight with a towel. | ||||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.101 | 3.0 gallons | |||||

Remove grain bag and bring close to boil. Add Malt Extract and boiling hops. Boil for 60 minutes remove from heat and add Cascade. cool wort. pitch yeast. | ||||||||

Log: | Fermented for 5 days. transfered to seconday for another 2 days. Bottled on the eight day | |||||||
Carbonation: | Used 3/4 cup Corn Sugar | |||||||
Tasting: | It should have been left longer in the secondary fermenter to clear a bit more. I recommend using Irish moss in the recipe to clarify a bit more. |
