Yeast: | Pitched White Labs WLP005-British Ale yeast in a 22 oz. yeast starter after the wort cooled to room temp. First evidence of activity did not appear for over 30 hours. That's typical for the WLP005 strain but not for most ale yeasts strains using a starter. |
