Gina's Blue Wheat
My second foray into beermaking. It came out great. Crisp, of medium body, and refreshing. Perfect Indian Summer brew!

Tasting: | I was very pleasantly suprised. The gentle wheat flavor was complimented with a fruity aftertaste that most could not nail down as blueberry unless previously aware of what I was doing. This will put you on your derrier before you know it due to it's alchohol content, beware! |
