Ole Irish Ale

Created this in search of the best beer. It's a tough job but somebody has to do it.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5.0 gallons
Color:
33 HCU (~16 SRM)
Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Grain: .75 lb. American crystal 40L
2 oz. Belgian Special B
2 oz. Roasted barley
Steep: Steeped grains from 150-180 for 15 minutes as temperature of water rose.
Boil: 50 minutes SG 1.112 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: WYeast American Ale #1056
Created a starter 10.9.01 but did not get around to using until 11.5.01.
