Modified from other Recipator recipes, the Wife loves it, I guess I'll have to scale up to 10 gallons!

Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
87 HCU (~32 SRM)
Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.022
Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Grain: 4 oz. Wheat malt
7 lb. British mild
3 lb. British crystal 50-60L
8 oz. British chocolate
Mash: 70% efficiency
65 minute conversion at 150
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.043 6.5 gallons
4 oz. Brown sugar
4 oz Brown Sugar at start of boil
Irish Moss 15 minutes from end
Hops: .8 oz. Fuggles (5.7% AA, 60 min.)
.4 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast English Ale Yeast in 4 oz of starter
Log: 4 days in Primary Fermenter
8 days in secondary
Carbonation: primed with 2 oz Corn sugar and 1.5 oz Malto Dextrin
Tasting: Nice and nutty, probably needs a bit more carbonation, but other than that wouldn't change a thing
