Justmadeitup Pale Ale
I just got some Marris Otter pale ale malt, so I wanted to brew a nice Pale Ale that would bring the full character of the malt to the forefront.

I toasted 1/2 lb. of the MO malt for 15 minutes in a 350° oven. Single infusion mash in converted 10 gallon gott. Mashed at 152° for 60 minutes. |

Yeast: | My brew store didn't have the liquid yeast I wanted, so I used 2 packets of Danstar Notingham. This by far is the best/cleanest dry yeast I have tried. |
