Bear's ESB
first light color beer..my last extract brew! going all grain this
weekend! i'm usually a dark beer drinker but i recently tried and esb
and was pleasantly suprised. i think this one turned out pretty good.
it's going into the secondary saturday.

Yeast: | wyeast london esb...typical starter method. | |||||||
Log: | brewed 3/26/98.....fermenting in basement with constant temp of 65F. will rack this weekend to secondary and then transfer to keg and dry hop with 1oz Kent Golding leaf hops. |
