This is a first attempt at a simple 10 gal recipe.

4 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 30 IBU
OG: 1.052 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: 2 tsp 88% lactic acid to sparge water.
Grain: 16 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. Wheat malt
2 lb. American Vienna
Mash: 75% efficiency
90 min at 152F
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.044 12 gallons
2 tsp irish moss at 10 min.
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 1056 in a 1 litre starter.
