Log: | Brewed 3/24/02 (Palm Sunday). Ferment at 65-70°F to completion. Bottle, store for 3 weeks (2 if desperate!). Enjoy. |

Carbonation: | 5 oz of cane sugar, boiled and stirred into entire batch. Stir occasionally while bottling. |
