Tall Blonde Ale

I am planning to give this one a try soon. I wanted the lightest color I could possibly get while still using some specialty grains. I am also trying Columbus and Willamette for the first time. The recipe is for my wife and therefore named after her.

3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Bitterness: 77 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Water: Filtered Tap Water
1 tsp. Gypsum
Grain: 10 lb. Organic 2-Row Pale Malt
8 oz. Vienna Malt
8 oz. Cara-Pils Dextrine Malt
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single-infusion mash for 60min. Standard procedure.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.043 7 gallons
1 tsp. Irish Moss (15 min.)
Hops: 1 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (4% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (dry-hop) (aroma)
.5 oz. Willamette (dry-hop) (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1272 American Ale II
