Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.085 7 liters
1.51kg Wheat extract Muntons Dry
Add grains to 3 liters water. Steep for 30 minutes, strain and sparge with 3 more liters water. Bring to a boil and add extract and hops. at 45 minutes add flavoring hops and also add 1/2 tsp. crushed coriander, 1/8 tsp cumin seeds and 4 gr. orange peel. Boil for 13 minutes and add aroma hops, 10 grams orange peel, 1/4 tsp. crushed coriander and 1/8 tsp. cumin seed.
Hops: 18g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
10g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
10g Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Belgian Wheat
Carbonation: 3/4 cups Muntons Wheat Extract
