Log: | added all extracts and pellet hops at time of boil then added leaf hops 1 minute before end of boil added 3 gallons cold water to fermenter then added mixture then added up to 5 gal added dry yeast stirring into fermenter 1 time with sanitized spoon primary fermentation was 7 days secondary 9 days | |||||||
Carbonation: | 5 oz priming sugar mixed with 1 cup boiling water for 1 minute added to fermenter just before transer to bottling bucket | |||||||
Tasting: | tasted smooth and sweet after 2 weeks likely 2 get better within another 1-2 weeks |
