Harpy's Scream

I'm modifiying the Clone Brew recipe for Harp, which is one of my favorite beers. After running the spreadsheet and finding the SRM for the recipe to be way too dark for extract brewing, I decided to go the cheap route adding corn sugar instead of DME. Hop quantities are the same as is the yeast.

4.5 lb. Light malt extract
1.5 lb. Corn sugar
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (aroma)
.25 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: 2206 Wyeast Bavarian Lager
